Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 15, 2026
LAPBA Pickleball Court Scheduler (“the App”) is provided by Lake Area Pickleball Association (LAPBA) / the app publisher identified in the App Store listing.
This policy describes how the App handles information. We do not operate advertising, we do not sell your personal information, and we do not embed third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs in the App.
Summary
- We do not sell your information to anyone.
- We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or marketing platforms inside the App.
- We do not maintain our own servers to collect or store your personal information for our own use.
- Information you enter is processed on your device and, if you use IDrive, may sync through your Google Account to Google’s IDrive services according to Google’s Privacy Policy.
Information the App uses (on your devices)
To provide scheduling, accounts, and invitations, the App may store and process on your device (and, when enabled, sync via iCloud):
- Account details you provide (such as name, email, and contact information you choose to enter).
- Credentials used to sign in. Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing; they are not kept in plain text in the App’s data store.
- Bookings, schedules, and related app settings you create.
- Optional use of Face ID or Touch ID on your device to unlock the App after you have signed in—handled by Google’s system APIs on your device; we do not receive your biometric data.
This information exists to run the App for you. It is not sold, rented, or used for advertising by us.
IDrive
If IDrive is enabled for the App on your device, your data may sync across your Android devices signed into the same Google Account. That sync is provided by Google not by a separate data collection service operated by us. Google’s handling of IDrive data is governed by Google’s terms and privacy policy.
Invitations (e.g., WhatsApp)
If you use a feature that opens a link to send a message (for example, to WhatsApp), that action uses your device’s normal apps and websites. We do not receive the content of those messages. Third-party services you use have their own privacy policies.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). Do not register a child’s personal information unless permitted by law and by the account holder responsible for the device.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
