Privacy Policy for Game-Set-Match

At White Rabbit Enterprises, we believe your data is yours alone. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Game-Set-Match mobile application on Android phones and Wear OS watches (together, “the App”). Our approach is straightforward: we do not collect, store on our servers, or sell your personal data. Match and player information stays on your devices unless you choose to export it yourself.
1. Data ownership and local storage
All information you enter into Game-Set-Match—including player names, match statistics, game history, and related settings—is your property.
- Local processing: The App stores and processes this information on your Android phone and/or watch. The phone companion app is the primary place for saved files (such as CSV exports and database backups). The watch app keeps data needed for scoring and sync on the watch itself.
- Your control: You can export, back up, restore, or delete your data using the App’s utilities. Files you export are saved where you choose on your phone. We do not receive copies of those exports unless you send them to us directly.
2. No data collection by the developer
White Rabbit Enterprises does not operate backend servers to collect, host, or analyze your personal information or game statistics.
- We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
- We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the App to profile you for marketing.
- We do not have access to your match history, player names, or health readings simply because you use the App.
If you contact us by email, we will only use the information you include in your message to respond to you.
3. Phone and watch sync
When your phone and watch are paired, the Apps may exchange data using Google Play services for Wear OS. That communication is between your devices, not sent to White Rabbit Enterprises.
4. Optional health features
Phone (Health Connect): If you opt in, the App may read heart rate and active calories and write exercise data to Health Connect, subject to permissions you grant.
Watch: If you opt in, the App may use watch sensors for heart rate during play. That data stays in your local match records on the device.
We do not receive your health data on our own systems.
5. Google Play, subscriptions, and platform services
Subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive your full payment card details. Android backup, if enabled, is handled by Google per your account settings. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
6. Permissions
The App may request permissions only as needed (Wear OS sync, optional Health Connect, body sensors, activity recognition). You can revoke them in Android settings.
7. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We will update this policy when practices change and revise the effective date. We may notify you in the App when appropriate.
